Wheels should be cleaned with a long brush to thoroughly clean the wheels. When cleaning the front wheels, do not reveal the details and clean them all.

If the shaft rusts and disintegrates without rust and maintenance, the contact surface, bolts and shaft center between the rim and the shaft are easy to rust, and it is difficult to restore in place when the rim is reinstalled.

The flange is mainly welded by submerged arc welding machine. Inner tire wheels are manually welded. The welding wheel shall be free from burr, and check radial runout, end runout, assembly height, appearance and welding seam.

Pay attention to brand and ensure quality. The surface brightness of wheel rim is mainly to check whether there are pinholes on the surface and inner circle of the car.
